Evaluations will be held on Field A at Western Branch Little League/Western Branch High School. Field A is the first field with the clubhouse/concession stand located behind home plate. Times and dates are listed below.
Little League requires every player make an effort to participate in the player evaluations. T-Ball is NOT required to participate in the evaluation process
Please come ready to be evaluated by coaches for the Spring Season.
Please bring any forms not already submitted to the player agent. We recommend using the school enrollment form to satisfy residency requirements. It makes the process easier on all parties. Administration officials have received communication to expect this form from students. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early to sign-in and complete processing of any missing paperwork. Upon arrival, proceed upstairs at the clubhouse to sign-in, submit paperwork, and receive a number for your player's evaluation position.
Required Documents
Players need to bring a bat, glove, helmet, and wear cleats. If you do not have your own equipment, please contact us to arrange for the use of league equipment.
Saturday, March 1st
- 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM MAJOR Division
- 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: MINOR COACH PITCH Division
- 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: MINOR PLAYER PITCH Division
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: SENIOR Division
Parent(s) must remain at the location. This is not a drop-off and pick-up later event. Your daughter may be finished with evaluations in less than ten minutes depending on the amount of players at the time. Players will not be evaluated without all documentation turned in and verified by the player agent upon check-in.
