Evaluations will be held at Western Branch High School, 4222 Terry Drive Chesapeake Virginia United States 23321, on field A.  Field A is the one with the concession stand. 

Please come ready to be evaluated by coaches for the Spring Season.

Please bring any forms not already submitted to the player agent.  We recommend using the school enrollment form to satisfy residency requirements. It makes the process easier on all parties. Administration officials have received communication to expect this form from students.

Required Documents

• Completed online registration
• School Enrollment Form (Requires signature from school principal)
• Medical Release Form
• Little League Residency Requirements (only required if not using the school enrollment form)
• Valid Birth Certificate
  

Players need to bring a bat, glove, helmet, and wear cleats.  If you do not have your own, please contact us to arrange for the use of league equipment.

Saturday, February 17th

• 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Minor Division (Last name starting with A – J)
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Minor Division (Last name starting with K– S)
• 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Minor Division (Last name starting with T – Z)

Sunday, February 18th

• 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Any player who did not participate on Saturday

 

Players only need to come one day for evaluations. Parent(s) must remain at the field with their player(s). This is not a drop-off and pick-up later event. Your daughter may be finished with evaluations in less than ten minutes depending on the amount of players at the time. Players will not be evaluated without all documentation turned in and verified by the player agent upon check-in. Upon arrival, please go upstairs in the concession stand/field house to check-in and obtain your player's evaluation identification.

Inclement Weather

The alternate location is Churchland High School's indoor facility located at 4301 Cedar Ln, Portsmouth, VA 23703. The facility is behind the football stadium to the left of the school. The decision to use the alternate location will be made by Thursday, February 15th.

In the event of inclement weather, players will need to wear indoor shoes, no cleats.
